Wind
Inflatables must never operate above the manufacturer’s safe wind limit. Clear the equipment and follow our crew’s shutdown instructions immediately when requested.
Lightning and Severe Weather
Stop play, clear the equipment, and move guests to safe shelter when lightning or severe weather is nearby. Do not resume until conditions are safe.
Decision Timing
Weather changes quickly. We communicate as soon as a responsible decision can be made and may wait until closer to delivery when the forecast is uncertain.
After Delivery
Once equipment has been delivered or installed, payments are generally non-refundable if the weather changes later. Your signed rental agreement controls the exact terms.
