Your order includes delivery, professional setup, a safety check, and same-day pickup. Inflatable rentals include the blower and approved anchors or weights.

Yes. Jumpingwithus LLC is an insured rental company. A certificate of insurance is available when a venue requires one.

Grass is preferred. Concrete and asphalt require approval. Dry items may be approved for an indoor setup, but water items cannot be set up indoors. We do not set up on rocks or gravel.

Each inflatable needs its own dedicated electrical circuit. We provide the required extension cord up to 100 feet. For water attractions, the customer provides a working water source and a hose that reaches the setup area.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise rented equipment whenever it is available for use and follow all safety rules.

No. We provide same-day pickup unless your written agreement says otherwise. Please keep water slides inflated until our crew arrives for pickup.

No. For safety and insurance reasons, equipment cannot be moved after our crew completes the setup.
