Water and Power
The customer provides a working water source and a hose that reaches the play area. A suitable dedicated electrical circuit must also be available within the approved setup distance.
What Guests Should Wear
Wear comfortable water-friendly clothing and secure shoes with good grip. Bring towels and a dry change of clothes. Keep phones and electronics outside the foam area.
Supervision
A responsible adult must supervise children throughout the event. Guests should walk, not run, and follow all instructions from the operator and venue.
Sensory Experience
Foam feels like a large amount of soft bubble-bath bubbles. Guests who are unsure may watch first or participate near the edge.
Allergies and Accessibility
Tell us before the event about known sensitivities, allergies, accessibility needs, or venue restrictions so we can discuss whether the activity is appropriate.
Weather
Outdoor foam service may be delayed, paused, rescheduled, or canceled when lightning, strong wind, storms, or other unsafe conditions are present.
