This policy applies to the Jumpingwithus LLC website and the information you provide through booking, coupon, Birthday Club, customer-feedback, contact and employment-application forms. It does not control independent websites that we may link to.

• Event date, location, setup surface, rental selections, notes and booking history.
• Birthday Club information that you voluntarily submit.

• Basic technical information automatically created by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs.

Email, Text & Postal Communications

If you provide an email address or mobile number, we may use it for order-related messages. Promotional messages are sent only when you expressly consent. If you provide a postal address or telephone number during an order, we primarily use it for that order, delivery, customer support and related service notices.

SMS Messaging Program

Our forms provide two separate, unchecked, optional SMS consent choices. The booking and service choice covers recurring non-marketing messages about quotes, reservations, payments, event reminders, delivery, setup, weather, safety, and customer-care replies. The promotional choice separately covers recurring marketing messages such as coupons, special offers, product news, and rental promotions. You may choose either, both, or neither option.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments & Security

When online card payment is available, payment information is transmitted using encrypted connections and handled by a payment-service provider. Jumpingwithus LLC does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes in this website’s application database.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no company can guarantee that every transmission or storage system is 100% secure. Never send full card numbers, security codes, Social Security numbers or driver’s-license numbers by ordinary email, fax, contact form or postal mail.

Cookies & Website Technology

We use essential cookies or similar technology to remember shopping-cart selections, session information, preferences and security settings. We also use a first-party visitor cookie and a one-way technical fingerprint to count website visits, distinguish new and returning visitors, understand the time of day people use our website, and measure which pages and rentals are viewed. We estimate active time while a page is visible and focused. Our private owner dashboard shows aggregate page counts and time, and can show recent visitor IP addresses with visit counts and estimated active time. This report may show an approximate city, region, and country from our hosting provider. If it does not supply a city, we send only the visitor IP address to GeoJS for an approximate location. The location can be inaccurate, especially with VPNs or mobile networks. Visitor IP addresses and associated location fields in this report are cleared after 30 days. We use this information to understand website activity, not to identify visitors by name.

Your browser may allow you to block cookies, but some booking, cart and visitor-recognition features may not work correctly without them.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain booking and financial records, resolve disputes, meet legal or insurance requirements and protect our business. Retention periods may differ by record type.

Children’s Information

Our rental services are arranged by adults. Birthday Club information about children should be submitted only by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly request payment information directly from children.
