Practical information for delivery, setup, your event and pickup.

Before Delivery

Have the setup area ready before our crew arrives.

  • Clear toys, furniture, sharp objects, debris and pet waste.
  • Mow grass two or three days before setup—not the morning of delivery.
  • Mark sprinklers, septic lines, buried utilities and other hazards.
  • Make sure gates, driveways and setup paths are wide enough.

Power & Water

Confirm the utilities your rental needs before event day.

  • Provide a working electrical outlet within 100 feet for each blower.
  • Each blower should have its own circuit to prevent power loss.
  • Wet rentals need clean household water and a hose that reaches the unit.
  • Park locations may require a generator and venue approval.

Setup Area

Grass is preferred. Tell us about every setup surface when you reserve.

  • Concrete and asphalt require approval and may need additional anchoring.
  • Water units cannot be set up indoors.
  • We cannot set up on rock, gravel, mud or an unsafe slope.
  • Our crew cannot move equipment after it is installed and secured.

During Your Event

Adult supervision and simple rules help everyone enjoy the rental safely.

  • Assign a responsible adult to supervise at all times.
  • Keep food, drinks, gum, face paint, silly string, pets and sharp objects away.
  • Keep fireworks, grills and fire pits far from all equipment.
  • Follow posted rider limits and separate guests by similar size and age.

Weather

Weather can change quickly. Safety always comes first.

  • Watch the forecast and keep a backup plan.
  • Stop use during lightning, severe weather or unsafe winds.
  • In an emergency, clear the unit and call us for instructions.
  • Contact us early if weather may affect your reservation.

Pickup

Your event end time begins the pickup window; it is not an exact arrival time.

  • Do not deflate, unplug, move or roll equipment yourself.
  • Keep the setup area accessible until pickup is complete.
  • Remove personal items and decorations before pickup.
  • Rentals are scheduled for same-day pickup unless your agreement says otherwise.
